Jackson has a thriving psychotherapy practice in Glebe and on-line, where they integrate mindful somatic and relational approaches, specialising in working with adults who are dealing with the effects of early childhood trauma.
Prior to their career as a psychotherapist, Jackson was a multi-award winning filmmaker. Their critically acclaimed film, When the Camera Stopped Rolling (2021) has been highly praised on the international circuit and is currently streaming on major platforms including Stan.
